Summer Camp Programs

Each camp at the International Wildlife Museum is packed full of museum explorations, games, crafts, hands-on activities and live animal encounters. Kids get to watch an educational wildlife movie in our theater at the end of each day. A refillable water bottle is provided for each student. Please pack a lunch and two snacks. 

Camps run 8:30am-4:00pm each day.

Young Explorers - Ages 5-9 years old:


May 28-31: Fur & Feathers: Mammals and birds unite! Learn what makes our furry and feathered friends unique!
Non-member price: $108/student/session         Member price: $88/student/session

June 17-21: Scales & Tales: Hear tales of dragons and unicorns and learn what animals inspired these tales.
Non-member price: $135/student/session         Member price: $110/student/session

July 8-12: Animal Superheroes: Every animal has a super power! Learn about adaptations that make each animal a hero of its own kind.

July 22-26: Walk on the Wild Side: Explore a new environment each day and learn how animals are adapted to live there.

Eco Rangers - Ages 10-13 years old:

June 10-14: Life in Cold Blood: Students will learn all about cold-blooded creatures such as reptiles, amphibians, fish, insects and spiders. Some requirements will be met for the Reptiles and Amphibians and Insect Study Boy Scout Merit Badges.

July 15-19: Survival of the Fittest: Learn how animals adapt to survive in extreme environments and practice some wilderness survival techniques of your own!
