Explore the fascinating world of natural history at the museum. The museum offers a close-up look at over 400 insects, spiders, birds, and mammals (including prehistoric). Travel from the equator to the poles learning about the unique relationships, adaptations, and habitats of the world's diverse wildlife.

Enjoy the freedom of exploring the museum at your own pace along with the ability to ensure your students are getting the educational experience you want them to get by printing out the Discovery Safari and Educator's Guide Packets below. Or choose to print out a scavenger hunt or activity sheet for a more informal visit.

Can't visit the museum but still want an educational experience? Choose from seven different outreach programs that include live animals and animal artifacts, and let the museum come to you! Click here to view outreach programs
