Desert Oasis

The pond in front of the International Wildlife Museum is nurturing threatened and endangered Arizona fish and wildlife to serve as a safeguard for declining wild populations. Learn about the native species that live in our pond, as well as the invasive species that threaten them.

 

Sharks: Fierce Hunters of the Sea

 Stop by the museum and see our new exhibit; SHARKS: FIERCE HUNTERS OF THE SEA. Learn about the biology of sharks, shark attacks and shark conservation. See the jaws from a huge great white shark and from a megalodon, a prehistoric shark that measured 50 feet long! There is also a full body hammerhead mount and jaws from several different sharks.
